Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TB3 Log websites and the logistics and fulfillment services provided by TB3 LOG CORP ("TB3 Log", "we", "us") to business clients ("Client", "you"). By requesting a quote, entering into a service agreement, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
TB3 Log provides third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment services to businesses, including receiving, warehousing and storage, pick and pack, kitting and custom packaging, shipping through third-party carriers, returns processing, and inventory visibility through our tb3.os platform. Our services are business-to-business only.
Scope of services and funds. TB3 LOG CORP provides warehousing and fulfillment services only. We invoice Clients solely for logistics services rendered. We do not take title to, sell, market, collect payment for, process, or hold funds on behalf of Clients or their end customers. The Client remains the seller and merchant of record for all sales of its products.
Quotes and billing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. All pricing and invoicing are in U.S. dollars (USD). Fees, payment terms and any applicable taxes are set out in your quote or service agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate product, shipment and contact information.
- Ensure your goods are lawful and that you hold all rights necessary to sell and ship them.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including import/export, customs and product regulations.
Prohibited goods
You may not send illegal, hazardous, counterfeit or otherwise restricted items for storage or shipment. You warrant that all goods handled by TB3 Log are lawful and accurately described.
Inventory, title and insurance
Title to and ownership of inventory remain with the Client at all times. We handle your goods with reasonable care, but we recommend that Clients maintain their own cargo and goods-in-storage insurance.
Carriers, loss and damage
Shipping is performed by third-party carriers. TB3 Log is not responsible for carrier delays or for loss or damage in transit beyond any declared value and the carrier's liability. Claims for handling errors attributable to TB3 Log must be reported promptly so we can investigate and resolve them.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TB3 Log is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected service. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Term, suspension and termination
Either party may terminate services as set out in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend services for non-payment or for breach of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and software on our websites and platform are owned by TB3 Log and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be subject to the courts located there.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
